My ex is a narcissist, I didn’t catch on until last year.  In the midst of it, he tangled up with a female version of himself, only I spotted it fast.  The problem is our children have been caught up in it…my problem is this, he wants help, he thinks he’s going crazy….before he was my husband he was my best friend for years.  I don’t want to turn my back on him but I don’t want to get sucked in either.  Should I let him drown or help him help himself?
